Would anyone be willing to quote a price for the cost to make a very simple dress and apron combination if I was willing to provide the fabric?

I am thinking Felicity's or Kirsten's Birthday like. With or without the ruffles pinching the sleeves. But I am completly flexible on what the dress looks like.

I have some fabric I am using in a baby quilt and would love to have a matching dress made with the same fabric. The design would be completely up to the maker as long as it was dress/apron combo and looked appropriate on a historical doll.

I am not expecting anything fancy. It is a simple cotton fabric so it would probably need to be a simple dress.

Time is currently not an issue so this would not be rush at all.

A simple doll dress shouldn't take over 2 yards I don't think. Then again I usually sew for humans (with the exception of an outfit that I made for my dog) so I wouldn't know.
